Listening on the site

Your liked tracks and recent plays are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not linked to an account and are not sent to NexKit. Clearing this site's browser data removes them.

Buying a digital download

Checkout for a purchase is handled by Paddle.com. Paddle collects and processes the payment and billing information it needs to complete your order — see Paddle's privacy policy. NexKit does not receive or store your payment card details.

To hand you the download after a completed purchase, NexKit records the transaction reference from Paddle, the purchased price/product, and a hashed (not plaintext) one-time claim token used only to confirm the download request came from the browser that paid. This record is used to fulfil the order and to revoke access if a purchase is refunded.

Hosting and access logs

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process request and access information (such as IP address and request metadata) to operate and secure the site under its own terms.

Support messages

If you email support, we keep that message and any reply only for as long as needed to resolve your question and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards.

Retention and security

Order and fulfilment records described above are kept for as long as needed to support the purchase, handle refunds, and meet reasonable accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. We use standard technical safeguards appropriate for a small digital storefront; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
